my sister and her wife have arranged it so that kathy and i, and them, and my mom are going to san diego for my birthday. it's going to be one of those relaxing vacations. not the running here and there, doing this and that, but just mostly the ocean and restaurants. and the ocean. also, the ocean. i saved a jelly fish on the atlantic coast, i'm shooting for a manatee on the pacific. especially since i just saw this special on these little miniature box jelly fish that pack enough venom to kill adult male people. i'm adult male people! manatees will be safer. if i see any miniature boxy manatees, i'll be weary, but other than that, i'll be full animal rescue steam ahead
