Man, only a few of you commented. Oh well, I'm gonna post the answers before I totally forget to, haha.

I think they'd make great friends! Spike and Roy are both charismatic and love women, yet focus on what needs to be done around them. They're also loyal (to a point) to their friends.
How did 1 and 15 meet?
Oh man, I don't even know. Maybe Nuriko is some sort of secret government agent (while in the present world because dammit, he's still alive!), and he ends up meeting Sarah while on a case. Regardless, the two become great friends and gossip endlessly about boys.
It's the end of the world and 6 and 14 are both hurt but alive. You can only save one. Which one do you choose and why?
Gonna go with saving Taichi, because I think Caroline can take care of herself. I'm keeping it that she's a vampire now, haha.

Aerith and Sokka? Hm. After a strange, whirlwind courtship in which he basically chased her down because she was the most beautiful girl he'd ever seen, she finally relented and they began to date. After awhile, she knew that he was too timid to propose, so she was about to, when he suddenly surprised her with a ride on Appa's back over the Temple of the Ancients. While they were flying, he turned around and asked to marry her, and of course she said yes.

Another tough one. Here's how I think it would shake out.
Lelouch can only use his Geass on any one person one time. You'd think he'd use it on me to make me go on the trip. That's what he *wants* Church to think. Church assumes he's already used it on me, and raises his gun to just shoot Lelouch so I can go with him. However, Lelouch then uses his Geass on Church, making him shoot himself, and that leaves me and him to go on the trip, as Church dies on the ground. Lelouch therefore still has the Geass to use on me, should I get uppity or whatever in the future.
It's a delicate friendship.

The zombie apocalypse is nigh, and you are in a group with 7 and 13. A horde of zombies attacks your group, and you must sacrifice either 7 or 13 to get away safely. Which one do you choose?
AW MAN. That makes me super depressed. As much as I hate to say it, I'd sacrifice Kyon, because at least Church knows how to defend us in an attack. Even though he'd probably die later from his own teammates, BUT STILL.
Which character on the list would you most want to be friends with in real life?
Ugh. This is honestly the hardest question on here! I want to be friends with Nuriko because I could at least crush on him all the time and HEY, he might need a night of "questioning sex" to make sure he's still gay, right?...right?...I can hope. I want to be friends with Spike because he's just TOO. DAMN. COOL. I want to be friends with Sokka because he's freakin' hilarious and I love him. I want to be friends with Taichi because I want to cuddle him while he's sad that he's not with Chihaya.
I WANT TO BE FRIENDS WITH ALL OF THEM.
But if I HAVE TO CHOOSE JUST ONE...I'm going with Nuriko. He's the perfect gay best friend. All around perfect.

Team one:

So we've got Nuriko/Spike/Shizuo/Kyon versus Church/Sokka/Penny/Sarah.
Team one would mostly be relying on pure strength with Nuriko and Shizuo, Spike has his guns, and Kyon has his...um...wit? He's the odd one out.
Team two is mostly weapons. Sarah and Church have the artillery, Sokka has his boomerang (or SPACE SWORD), and Penny has her...uh...sharp humor? Yeah, she's the odd one out as well.
So basically taking out Penny and Kyon, because they wouldn't be good for much in a crisis (sorry guys, it's true!), you've still got a very capable 3 on 3. Those two would get wasted with the first two bullets from either side.
While strength is never to be underestimated, as proven by Nuriko and Shizuo (Shizu-chan basically can't be killed by normal weapons and Nuriko can handle just about anything), guns would still probably have the upper hand for a portion. Spike can handle himself against Sarah OR Church, hopefully both because he's badass like that.
At some point, Sarah would accidentally shoot Church. That's just what would happen. So Church is out of the running, basically leaving Spike vs Sarah, and Sokka vs Nuriko/Shizuo.
Sadly, Sokka would lose that fight quickly. He's no match for either of them, and paired up? Yeah, he'll be beaten to a pulp rather quickly. Even his SPACE SWORD wouldn't be much of an issue.
So it comes down to Sarah vs two massively powerful guys and Spike. I don't think it would last long. She would take out Spike because she's extremely capable, and could probably take out Nuriko with a well-placed bullet. But I think her focus would be split, giving Shizuo the upper hand to absolutely smash her with a vending machine.
Winners: Team 1 (with one survivor).

Yeah, that's pretty easy. Monica is too much like Archer's mother and would just incessantly nag him about keeping ISIS cleaned up, and she's way too much like Jane for Penny to be able to handle TWO people that horribly O-CD about EVERYTHING.
5 has to choose to Bang, Marry, or Kill between 1, 10, and 15... who do they choose for what?

Well, Roy is a man's man, so really, the only choice he'd have to Marry is Sarah. That's a no-brainer. She's beautiful, smart, knows how to take care of herself, and looks DAMN hot carrying a gun. She would make the best second-in-command (poor Hawkeye).
Now, to Bang or Kill either Nuriko or Shizuo?
I don't even know where to start on that.
The "realistic" part of me wants to say he'd bang Nuriko, because at least Nuriko looks enough like a girl (and will willingly dress the part), as long as it's a one-time deal, and kill Shizuo.
The "yaoi" part of me wants to say he'd bang Shizuo because they're both SO PRETTY and kill Nuriko because ew, gay guy. I don't see Roy doing well with that (he never had that kind of relationship with Hughes, no matter WHAT YOU MAY THINK). Shizuo would probably go along with it anyway, because he just doesn't give a shit and can go beat up Izaya afterwards or something.
Realistically, Roy would just bang/marry Sarah and kill the other two. Normally he's a rule-follower, but to him, this game is just WRONG.

Monica would probably treat Aerith to a fancy dinner somewhere and listen to her complain about boy troubles. She has to choose between Zack and Cloud, and it's just really rough, you know? (yes, everyone is still alive in this scenario) Monica understands, she still pines for Richard sometimes, and boys suck, right?
Then they'd go get ice cream and hang out with Yuffie, Rachel, and Phoebe and just watch chick flicks.
14, 6, and 9 are planning a party for 4, what's the theme/what's it for?

I assume it would be a birthday party. The theme would be "YEAR OF PENNY: SUCK IT!" Caroline is in charge of the overall planning and execution, because she's an expert at such things. Sokka is in charge of alcohol, and surely will bring a lot of cactus juice. Taichi would be in charge of gifts and other food, because he's super considerate of others and will do a great job.
It would be an awesome party.
