Follower Gift "Frog Cove Road"

Hello Simmers!

I have reached over 80 Followers over at my Tumblr and I would like to say "Thank you" with a little gift!
Under the cut you will find a lot of pics of "Frog Cove Road".





It is a nice two-storey house for your Sims 2 Sims. Not a Starter-Lot as it is furnished and costs about 43.845 Simoleons. But if you throw not necessary things out, it will be good as a Starter.
The house has two bedrooms and on each floor a bathroom. The garden gives enough space for your gardining Sims to grow vegetables or to just sit outside.

The Lot comes with CC but. Most of it are Recolors of Maxis Original Objects, but Walls, Floors, Beddings are CC.

I have all EPs and Stuff Packs except Glamour.
To install please use Clean-Installer! If you have any problems with installing or playing, please tell me. I will try to fix it!
