Hell Yeah!
this kicks ass! not only do i get to go to the interpol concert...i don't have to go alone!!! but man it was crazy, i was pissed at first cuz yesterday i went to ticketmaster at tower and they said they only had one ticket left for the friday show, but i would have to ask my parents if they were actually gonna let me go alone, but by the time i got home and logged on to ticketmaster.com the tickets were all sold out. but today i checked and i got 2 tickets!..man i can't wait. feb. 18, interpol. 30 more days!
well, besides that, my weekend went alright. on friday, me and john hung out at justin's house and ended up spending the night. it was fun, we played pool, a lot of poker, and some super smash bros. we played texas hold em' first with a $1 buy in and justin ended up winning that. after we played some 7-card draw and i won that one but unfortunatley we didn't play that for money. but it was crazy, cuz apparently, when i had my back turned to change the music, they stole some of my chips...but on that very hand a four of a kind came my way, and they thought i was bluffing and had nothing so they just kept calling every raise i made and then BAM! they didn't know what hit em'...it was great they were all arguing over whose full house was the better hand, then i slam down my hand and take it all. i ended up winning in like 4 or 5 hands after that. we also saw napolean dynamite, which is pretty good. but i didn't think it lived up to the hype that the people at school were telling me. it was a good, funny movie, but it was not the BEST movie ever. but man when were playing smash bros. is when the funniest stuff happened. it was john and justin against me for a while. but i kept on losing cuz, i mean, i put up a pretty good fight and everything but i'm not that good at the game. so then they let me have a lvl. 3 computer. so i chose a lvl. 3 mario. (for those of you who don't know, lvl. 9 is the highest, so lvl.3 is pretty damn low) well, with the help of a lvl. 3 mario, i beat them, but that wasn't even the funny part. john has come to have a grudge against the lvl. 3 mario (or any other mario for that matter) it was so funny. he was getting his ass beat mario and he was getting all pissed off it was great. well, that was pretty much my 3-day weekend. hope you all had better ones.
