Chamomile lotion, Belmonts and crappy instant coffee

Oh man, fireworks are absolutely wonderful! Last night I had a delightful evening watching Portugal's presentation for the international fireworks festival!! It was just creamy, the sky was all alight with twinkling diamonds, ignited from the ground to kiss high altitudes and gently cascade down until they were no more. About 10 minutes into it there must have been over 300 sparkling embers in the sky it was just marvelous, and the show went on for 30 minutes! Wednesday I'm hoping to make it to the next presentation though I'm extremely excited to see China's since fireworks originated there...

My recent love affair and I made dinner before attending the show and I was relieved to hear him say that he enjoys cooking with me. His diet is mainly vegetarian so I brought over some Vegetarian Times magazines and we thumbed through them and chose a few dishes one was mainly sweet potato with cinnamon (which is oh so complimentary to the root veggie) and the other asparagus, mushroom and shallots baked in "packets" that essentially steam the veggies inside mmmmm :).

I think he's really starting to fall for me, I guess the traps I laid out are finally doing me justice. I get so damn nervous around him, my head becomes a spinning top and my vocabulary, a slur of mumbled cuss words and plenty of child-like giggles for filler...I guess I'm still working my charm though haha. After the fireworks we started to watch Some Like It Hot with my idol Marilyn <3 oh the wonderment she fills me with. Part way through the film we had to leave and retrieve his friend Ian from the airport. It was so funny I had to use the washroom so i entered the airport while Andrew went to pick up Ian I had a smoke and realized that the car wasn't parked too far away so I made my way over and it was only Ian in the car. So I say hello with a big smile and he's sort of sitting there ith a puzzled look on his face then he said hello? Do you need a ride somewhere? Hahaha, oh gosh it was so hilarious it didn't take him long to figure out that I was Kay, the one Andrew was talking about when he ran inside. hahaha

Anyway that's the highlight of my weekend I had nothing better to do so I figured I'd make an entry :)
