Day 9

Since I've had time off from work, I had decided that I would devote this week to bulking up by eating more protein and lifting heavier weights. Sadly, to my best efforts, I've actually lost 4 lbs. How does this happen? My upper body appears bigger in size, but the scale says I've lost weight. My max weight lifted has increased 10 lbs, so now I can lift just barely under my current weight. This doesn't make sense. I'm getting stronger, but my body is becoming smaller?
