i hate it when you go to a certain kind of show... usually ska shows... and the opening bands are all pop-punky shit. take last night for example, one of the bands opening was american hi fi.... that was the band that sung the song flavor of the week.... why would you want them to open for reel big fish????? i was very disappointed. and then when reel big fish finally did go onstage, it didnt last long. i was going to go see them again on july 1st but i think im going to pass... i dont think i can handle those stupid openers again and i really dont want to pay $20 to see only an hour show. i have seen reel big fish 5 times now and so far none of the shows will ever compete to when i saw them last april at the toads place. one weird thing that happened though was that i met one of the dudes thats one of my friends from my space there. "its a small world after all..."
