I've said in the recent past that I was thinking about adding in an extra day of exercise and I failed to put my money where my mouth was. Well, I finally did it today.
I had everything ready last night and all I had to do was get out of bed. Well, I overslept by about 30 minutes. So, I hustled (as much as one can at that hour) and was able to fit in 15 minutes on the bike and 30 minutes on the Elliptical. No time for strength training.
Oddly enough, I was more tired today than any other day I've worked out. I wonder if that was because I didn't do the strength training? And if so, why?
And I even made it a point to go to bed earlier last night than I have most nights before getting up early. Hmmmmm
