Its been a bit since I sent my felted bag to my partner and I'm hoping she has gotten it. But, I'm going to post SOME pictures of what I did. Unfortunately, we weren't able to get a really great picture of the whole bag overall, so you are just getting some detail shots.

Eskimo Felted Bag. Eskimo because that is the name of the yarn they used for this pattern.
I used Knitpicks
Wool of the Andes Coal and Cherry Blossom yarn. The only thing that surprised me is that in the pattern the flap looks like it goes across the whole length of the top of the bag and it appeared to do so when I knitted it up. But when I felted it with the Wool of the Andes yarn, the flap barely covers the center of the bag, leaving it a little open on the sides. It doesn't look bad, just is different. If I do this pattern again and use the same yarn, then I'll probably knit more flap from edge to edge.
