Suisse Mocha Tiramisu

This one is making the rounds of my Weight  Watchers group and friends and they love it.  You can also make this a full fat version just by substituting full fat for low or fat free, but you may be surprised at how good this tastes low fat.

1/4 Cup General Foods International Sugar Free Suisse Mocha, divided
2 Tbsp Hot Water
1/2 Pkg (3 oz) Ladyfigers split
3 Cups Cold Fat Free Milk, divided
1 container (8 oz) Philadelphia Fat Free Cream Cheese
2 packages (4 servings each) Jello Vanilla Flavor Fat Free Sugar Free Instant Reduced Calorie Pudding and Pie Filling mix
1 Cup thawed Cool Whip Lite Whipped Topping.

Dissolve 1 TBSP of the flavored instant coffee in hot water in small bowl;
Line bottom and side of shallow 1-1/2 quart serving bowl with ladyfingers.
Sprinkle the small bowl of coffee over the ladyfingers

In a mixer or blender, place 1/2 cup of the milk, cream cheese and remaining undissolved instant coffee and mix/blend until smooth.  Add dry pudding mixes and remaining 2 1/2 cups milk.  Mix/blend until well blended/mixed.

Carefully pour over the ladyfingers and top with whipped topping.

Refrigerate at least 3 hours or until set.

Jenny's Changes
1.  I changed out the instant coffee flavor.  Try any of the sugar free blends - like chai
2.  I used chocolate pudding mix instead of vanilla
3.  I topped with strawberries and then allowed people to top with either chocolate or regular Redi-Whip whipped cream from a can.
4.  The recipe tells you to use a blender.  I don't have one, so I used my mixer instead and it came out just as nice.
5.  I accidently bought regular cream cheese and used it.  Everyone loved it, but I also loved it when a friend made it with fat free cream cheese.

Other ways I would change this recipe
If I didn't care about calories or fat,  I'd use brownies as the bottom layer, put down strawberries, cover with mixture, top with strawberries and serve with whipped cream on the side.

If I wanted to do brownies and wanted to be a little more careful about calories and fat, I would use "No Pudge Brownie Mix" .  Make them according to their package instructions.  Let it cool completely and then top with everything like I said above.

Enjoy!
