And we are surprised and quite glad that you are! :D

Cid is quite a catch. *winks* Too bad not enough people see it? But then that just leave more for Vincent and less he has to share him. :P Vincent, I think, is quite happy with this arrangement.

And thank you for checking back! It's a long, and sometimes painful, process, but we're getting there! We've picked back up writing more and we're so close to finishing this piece! Hang in there! :D

Sometimes I think that Cid is a saint - Vincent change of mood is like roller coaster - from melancholy, sadness to anger - and Cid endures these and is still supportive and carring - I hope tha Vincent knows how lucky he is.

Cid very much is a saint! Though Cid would emphatically deny it. I think Vincent knows this *nods*, so no worries there. Cid has, quite literally, become Vincent's sanity, his anchor, his heart and Vincent knows this. There will come a point in the future when we're going to see Cid's hard work pay off as well as be one of the biggest trials Vincent has to face in this piece.

As for the Vincent emotional roller coaster? Ye-ah, it's crazy nuts. He is so extremely bipolar at times that it makes we want to beat my head against a wall, but have no fear! Vincent's figuring himself out and there will come a point when he begins to find his inner peace. It's taken me my third read-through of the story to have it finally begin to come together for me in my mind, and I'm one of the authors! :P There's a lot of subtlety going on here, and some almost abstract approaches to things, but it's all there. I promise it does make sense! One just has to have patience and ride out the (sometimes extremely) rough parts. After all, who says ( ... )
