Digging In The Dirt
~*~ Today, my husband and I spent hours digging the grave of the best dog I will ever have... and as we did we spent just as many hours having a very difficult conversation. There were many tears for many reasons and sometimes it was difficult to know what to cry about... but as we talked, dug, talked some more and du...g some more, one thing was certain by the time the sun was setting and we finally dropped earth on my dog's final resting spot... our days of digging in the dirt have only just begun. I love you, Ric Sitnek... always.
