(no subject)
So I have a new roommate! She's moving all her stuff in tomorrow. I must make the place look semi-decent before then and move all my crap out of her side.
She's a 28-year-old psychology graduate student from Spain.. Bea I think her name was? She seems really nice. She needs somewhere quiet to work on her thesis, and her old roomie was a noisy TV-addict. She's only going to be here for another month, and then who knows, maybe I'll be roommate-free after that! :D
I considered telling her I'm just as loud, (even though I'm definitely not,) since that would be her deciding factor, and roommatelessness is nice. But I'd probably get one eventually anyway, and a quiet, sweet, Spanish lady who's not even going to be here for the whole semester seemed like a pretty safe bet. :)
But yeah, any get-togethers and movie watching/videogaming will have to take place in Jordan's dorm now I suppose. Fine by me!
