i trained 2 people this am -
dude from canada, who's put on 15 lbs of muscle and totally changed his posture
and healed a shoulder injury with me
in 3 months
and the new chick from jakarta, who i took to the park and made do a crazy workout all over the park toys
climbin monkey bars and shit
then i came back here and handled some biz (that wasnt as fun)
since 11 i've been working with cindy on our may 1st party (i invited the entire readership of the bay area national dance week guide to my birthday party), which has mostly meant calling performers i like and asking them to perform
and thinking about what kinda food we wanna have
and now, i'm in the studio, where i need to choreograph a) a dance about pigeons, and b) a dance about a sea creature.
after this, i will train another client (a female runner who just comes to me for strength training), then take 2 awesome hip hop classes, then...i dont know. maybe bed bath and beyond. i dont know if we'll have the time. (um, yes, that was an old school reference.)
