Weighing my options. The government will pay for me up to 90 days of temporary housing while I relocate. I found corporate housing that is fully furnished - which is the best type of move. You only move clothes and food. Meanwhile, I've been looking to sell all of my furniture off because I no longer need them. Since my new roomie has all the things I need, I would like to recoup my losses.
My place in DC:

Later this week we made dinner for my co-workers and their wives. A couple of people brought some gay single guys for me. I often feel awkward about this. I try to think of it as, "Oh cool, a new friend." But the reality is that everyone wants to know my immediate decision to date this person or not. And, I think, when you involve more than one candidate that makes for an even more awkward position. I think I handled it well, I gave the following response: "We'll see."
I don't know about anyone else, but I enjoy being single. I love the freedom and independence.
