Breakfast (6AM): 1 tbsp peanut butter, one slice white bread. (About 120 calories)
Brunch: 2 raw carrots (9AM) (About 50 calories, IIRC)
Lunch (12PM): 1 cup mixed greens (Raw spinach, roumaine), w/ yoghurt and vinegar dressing, and another carrot (80 calories, give or take)
Dinner (3PM): Half a roast chicken breast, skinless, marinaded in lemon juice and red wine, served with half a can of tuna and fried broccoli. (IIRC, 300 or so calories. How the fuck do you measure a rule of thumb cut chicken breast?)
Supper (6PM): Rest of tuna and quarter a cup of plain yoghurt (130 calories).
I have the grazing habbits of a jackrabbit, so let's tack on some more carrots and probably another 'peanut butter sandwich' (One tbsp on one slice of bread is a fucking mockery of the name), and jack it up to 800 in total.
Oh, and some multivitamins. Those've got to be at least 10 calories. Did I mention the 10AM running, 4PM yoga, and pre-bedtime-shower sit-ups.
And in honesty, aside from the ravening lust (Actual lust; I want to eat whatever I cannot fuck) I'm feeling towards the thawed beef sitting in the fridge, I cannot see this really being much of a problem. 800-ish calories is about what I'd normally eat in a day; the difference is that it'd all come from an extra-large sized meal. The three later cold meals are going to be a pain as well, I imagine. Microwaves are the fucking devil's glovebox.
