(no subject)
Random Update of the month (seeing as that seems to be how regularly I find time to update this silly thing):
Winter break was fantastic. Beauty and the Beast rocked my socks, Gypsy went very well at school (and gave me a 4.0 GPA for the semester), Christmas was phenomenal (Tim and I got loads of stuff for the house, which is always good), and Disney for New Year's was the most relaxing week of the last semester.
I'm presently putting up Alice in Wonderland at Overlook Middle School. We open in a month, so it's getting pretty crazy up there. My friend Ben from school came down and taught all my hellions the music for the show yesterday, which was AMAZING. My mom, also wonderful, is sewing the major costumes for the show: Alice, the Queen, the Caterpillar, the King... And then I get to do all of the random animalistic humans, like the Turtle, birds, flowers, whatever other things. It's pretty silly actually. But on a better note, I have a very good chance of getting hired there to teach 8th grade English for next year, so that I can continue with the club. We're possibly doing Annie, Jr. next. It makes me throw up a little bit, but tragically, with 35 girls and 4 boys, there's not much else choice. Tragic, I know.
If anyone has the desire to build, paint, or sew, let me know and I'm sure that I can find something for you to make... Okay, so I'm kidding... a little. But really...

Oh yeah. Who knows when the Bye Bye Birdie auditions are at Oakmont?
