"Ty Lee, that was amazing!"
"Ty Lee, I love youuu!"
"Ty Lee!"
"Yet another amazing show! What do ya say to you and me going out to celebrate after?" The offers kept coming and the bouqet of flowers kept getting pushed into her arms. To be honest, although this was what it was like every night after her show, it always got a bit overwhelming. She always had to stop herself from blocking everyone's chi and then just running away.
"Thanks, but not tonight...The flowers are gorgeous though!" It took a bit of fumbling, but Ty Lee managed to finally tumble into her dressing room, leaving her enthusiastic fans on the other side. She let out a sigh of relief but almost yelped when she realized that her once empty dressing room was now filled to the brim with flowers. Taking a few tentative steps further into the room careful not to step on any of the flowers, she finally made it to the vanity where she sat down and placed the bouquets in her arms on the already cluttered table top.
So many expensive bouquets all from many faceless fans. Ty Lee let out another little sigh as she took off the head ornament that she had on for her performance before placing it carefully on the hook on the mirror. Not that she didn't appreciate the fans and their support - it's how things like the circus stayed alive. But she couldn't help but feel a bit...empty.
Just as she thought this a knock at the door woke her from her thoughts. "Coming!" She gracefully tip toed through the maze of flowers again before opening the door. Her face split into a huge grin when she spotted the blonde at the door looking every little bit of the sheepish, cute boy that she liked. "Beat! You really did come to watch my show! Did you enjoy it?" She threw her arms around the boy, standing on her tip toes to reach because she was just a bit shorter than he was.
"Yeah, Flips. It was really sick. All those tricks ya' did...Still dunno how you do it." Ty Lee giggled and withdrew from Beat with a smile.
"You're much too kind. I'm glad you enjoyed it though." The blonde seemed nervous and fidgety than usual and Ty Lee curiously glanced at him. "Is something wrong?" Beat blinked and a flush spread across his face.
"Ahhh - it's nothinn', yo!" Ty looked at Beat with a curious smile before shrugging it off. She was about to say something when Beat suddenly shoved something out in front of him. "T-these are for you."
"Huh? W-what..." Flowers filled her vision and Ty Lee had to take a step back, almost tripping over another bouquet on the floor. She caught herself before she fell however and at a better glance, she realized that although it was another bouquet of flowers, it was one that looked a bit wilted and worse for wear. They came with no pretty wrapping paper or ribbon like the others had, but Ty Lee felt herself tearing up.
"These are for you...U-um, I fergot to get ya some on the way over, but I saw these on the way and I thought...I mean, I know ya got a whole bunch of other ones but -" Ty Lee cut him off and took the bouquet from him, kissing him lightly on the cheek making him blush and completley tongue tied.
"Beat, these are gorgeous. Thank you. This is the best bouquet out of them all."
[Ty Lee has a bit of a blush on her face, but she's happy nevertheless.]
