quit my job yesturday. well put in my two weeks. ok, i openly admit that i wasnt always the most punctual employee, or followed every new and stringent regulation they recently put into effect (no stubble whatsoever, solid black shoes) but still i put in a helluva lot more effort than my constituents and got shit on the most. so, peace, bristol. anybody got any suggestions where i should work next?
school, damn, i think i may have got in a little bit over my head with all these hours plus working on top of that. maybe its just this first week. its always crazy this time of the semester, buying supplies, figuring out my schedule, TARC and what not. just mad stressful.
and on a side note, this soap opera shit is getting old.
so im talking to my dad last night, and he goes off on one of his rants about how americans are the mongrel breed of the world. he talked about how on his side of the family, all the men have jet black hair from the welsh/cherokee genes but redish beards from the irish genes. and i got to thinking, thats pretty cool. most americans, in and of themselves, are living, breathing melting pots. the best and worst and the worst.
