(no subject)
A'right, so, those of you who know me personally have perhaps noticed that I wear two rings. One is on my right ring finger and the other is on my left middle finger.
The one on my middle finger is often times un-remove-able, but it has recently become a Matter of Importance to do so. Why, you ask?
I suffer from horrendous dry skin in the winter. Dry skin to the point where, despite daily applications of heavee-doody vitamin E-infused aloe crap, the skin underneath the ring has decided to become dry, dry as hell, crack, and flake off. Basically, I was forming two raw sores on either side of my finger.
Dilemma? It's not going away and I have no idea how to cure it without killing our resident aloe plant. Lotion and olive oils burn. WHAT DO I DO, O COMPANIONS
In other news, received visa gift card from family. Have found hemp slash cotton throw, highly useful, among other things. Problem: There are, apparently, unforeseen and unmentioned charges being applied. Am slightly worried; cannot find any mention of charges on either amazon or gift2go.com that would add up to the recorded numerical values.
Technology, it ulcerates me.
