diet/food diary

I started my diet today ^____^ I've decided my LJ is going to be my food diary as well to kind of help me. Don't worry though, I'll put 'food diary' as the subject so you guys don't have to read it. I'm gonna start now and edit tonight when I'm done eating. But first, my status

weight: 135 lb. (gross. I've gained 7 lbs.) 
waist: 29 3/4
hips: 35 1/2
bust: 33 3/4
thigh: 20 1/2

annnnd... food diary:
-2 pieces of wheat toast with 'I can't believe it's not butter' ^____^
-1 gusher
-1 cup of coffee
-container of yogurt
-mini bag of smart food white cheddar popcorn
-lean cusine meal
-diet green tea

tonight's food:
-piece of pizza
-pastry thingie

not bad, not bad. I opened a bag of gushers this morning and forget that I was gonna start my diet today so I only ate one and gave the rest to Alice. haha. Oh, hmmm, since IHOP after Rocky last night was technically today (3 in the morning today) maybe I should add it to my list? Probably...

-half of my ginormous chicken cesar salad
-cheese sticks (me + Rachel split them)
-diet coke

Hopefully I can work some exercising in soon. I haven't worked out in forever. Go running. I need to save up money and get a gym membership. Or maybe I can get one for my birthday this year? Hmmmm. Alright, I've got work today so I better go get ready. Peace homies!
