I've been studying and practicing a few forms of chi gung that I learned on eHow for about ten months now. I understand now that this was a horrible way to learn. Nevertheless, I've managed to overcome health issues related to allergies, asthma, and the sinuses. It has been very difficult to advance without a master, though I still train everyday.
