I found "the one" and I will be officially filling out the paperwork tomorrow to put a bid in on it! Sooooo excited.
There is another bid in on it already for 100k. But I found out threw the grapevine (my realator), that she will pay the money but with not a penny down. My bid was 90k but with 23k down on the spot.
So we'll see which way the bank sways! But I'm in LOVE WITH IT!
