Out of the blue
One of my husband's co-workers, who's wedding we went to a little over a year ago, and who just had a baby a few months ago, well, his wife is in the ICU. We are not sure why. Something about a migraine. She may have burst blood vessels in the brain. It's all too soon to know, and we are not super close to the family. Thankfully both their families are coming in or are here to help take care of the baby and give support.
It just seems so wrong when someone so young, happy, and alive with so much to be alive for can suddenly just collapse and be near death. I know anything can happen to anyone at any time, but in the grand scheme of things, it's seems even more grossly wrong than some things.
I hope she's okay.
