Stuck on the chair with the cat on my lap
Which is cute and all, but my butt is sore and I want to get up....
Today was our non Super Bowl party with the small group of friends we have left. Too much wonderful food. My special favorite was the chocolate drizzled popcorn. OMFG! I could have eaten it until "I" popped. I have no idea what damage I may have done to my 'died', but boy, was it yum. I don't think I ate too much today, given that I only had 2 chicken wings, two chicken tenders, a small sausage and peppers sub (with few bits of sausage) and some kielbasa, plus the popcorn. Some chips too..... And salad and fruit... Not a huge quantity of food for the day. But over my limit I'm sure. And no exercise. Well, unless flapping my jaw counts.
Still, it was a lot of fun. And it's nice that Sushi's guy is starting to feel more at ease with us and vice versa. I just don't know if he knows what he's gotten into. lol
I think I need to move the cat and get up before I cant feel my legs.
I'm planning my home renovations... My brother has no problem with me staying at his house. I need to get a pod to put my life in, I need to find out if I need a permit for my plans, I need to get a dumpster or something for the ceiling to go in.... One of those 'bag' things you see in Home Depot was suggested... I don't know if it would be big enough. Or strong enough. Need to find out about getting the floors done... And my fridge is going to have to go on my side porch, which should be a pain, but whatever.. I may never find anything again.
Okay the cat has moved.... Time to get ready for bed I think.
