Scary huh?
So I just go downstairs to check on the laundry because the top heavy front loading washer (cause I got the thing to go under it to bring it up to a normal height, and that makes it top heavy) is rocking away and I have to go down to hold it steady.. well, I notice the front is bowed out. F**** goddamn SHIT that gets made these days. I'm sure the piece of garbage broke something in its many manic thrashings about. So I get the duct tape and tape the damn front back in place.F THIS SHIT! Yeah, I'm pissed. Its what? Two years old? I"m going to load the bottom of it with concrete blocks. Who needs storage space? Overrated I say. I will never buy another front loading washer again, that's for goddamn sure.
And we have the Fios. Yippee. No more fighting for bandwidth. And Ryther has the food channel on. Yeah, that's a good idea.
The installation went very well, although it did take a few hours. Now we have the box in the cellar on all the time, the router box on all the time... So much for saving the environment. UG. What was I saying about the weather?
This weather is very frustrating, I feel like I should be working picking up leaves, but the mud situation is no good. If the ground was frozen, I could maybe do some work, but not with this mild weather. This is crappy. I went through the cemetery my grandmother is buried in and saw they had torn up a huge area of grass. They must have had a funeral at the top of the hill an just made a huge mess all the way up. That's my fear for this wacky weather.
My floor is up, the sconces are gone from the walls, and I'm slowly filling the holes. The patch stuff seems to be taking forever to cure. Trying to decide if I want a color on that wall or if I want it pure white. I would love color, but this house is SO dark. I don't think I can risk it. Maybe bright yellow? Florescent? Glow in the dark?
