Would ya please pass the jhelli?

Two jelly jars and half a salsa jar full of Concord Grape Jelly from my own grapes. I may have been bitten by the canning bug. But before I go buying tons of food to can (since my poor garden isn't really giving me much) I vow to find recipes first.

This batch came out a bit soft. Not enough sugar to pectin ratio perhaps? Considering I didn't really have a recipe (mine disappeared yesterday)I think it came out pretty well. Still jelled. Tastes very yummy.

Fun fun fun. And I didn't shatter a jar. That's always been one of my fears of canning.
