Time keeps on ticking ticking ticking....

Today's game plan was to do a funeral, then dig another one for tomorrow. As it turned out, the guy who was going to dig called this morning to see if we wanted to dig it this morning. We had time, so I said OK. He had to bring his wife to a doctor's appt. as it turned out, so that was better for him. It turned out better for me too, since the funeral that was due in at Noon came in a 1:00, and I was supposed to meet him to do the dig at 1:30. I would have been in a panic if I were waiting for the funeral to come in and then leave and all the while worrying if I was going to make it to do the other grave. Sometimes things do work out for the best. I also got the grave done before the snow left a new cover of powder over everything.

One day with Biv back, not too bad. She was tired I think. Less talkative than usual. That was good.

The 'brake' light on the dash was flashing off and on today on the dump truck. (heavy sigh). I asked my brother what he thought it might mean. I thought it would mean the truck was low on brake fluid, although there have been no leaks that I've seen. He thinks it might be the emergency brake, and that I should do this and that and see if that helps. I'll give it a try, but I'm not convinced.

I'm very tired. I wish I didn't have to work tomorrow. I should go to bed, but I want to watch another episode of Big Love that we got from Netflix.

The Republican candidate for the Senate seat doesn't think water boarding is torture. Well, there goes my vote. Nah, he didn't have it anyway. But he would have lost it on that.

I heard Ryther's boss crossed the line at work. Using his fellow employees for his own personal gratification. Disgusting.
