enchanted neighborhood
so first winnie the pooh show was this morning. as was our first full run through with full costume and set and music...10 min before the show. it was nuts. and they had pormised us breakfast and coffee before hand but the time they told us we could eat was 5 minutes before places and then they said we couldnt eat with our costumes on. so it was kinda hell. also since we had never done the full run through the stagehands were unaware of timing for moving one of my costumes and thus moved it a scene too soon so i had to randomly during my quickest costume change (roughly 2 seconds) run across stage half in my other costume to get the one they had alreday moved. it was horrible cos pooh just had to kill time on stage. but other than that i thoguht it went really well considering how ;last minute the whole thing was and how unorganized the dirceting etc was. but its a fun show and i really liek the cast and even saw some little kids today which made me smile. hopefully we wotn all forget everything by next fri (our next show). also its sweet cos i dont have my first three classes cos of the show. its almost like an early weekend...sort of. but yeah so overall im pleased with the show and displeased with the running of the show. this is all fine though. i know im pulling through with my part and thats relaly exciting for me in my first philly (paid) play. besides when has being a kangaroo ever sucked. never.
