Today was fun! For my bento (Which covers my lunch and supper both) I made somen noodles with vegetable base, onion and red pepper. On top is vegetarian sausage, cucumber and red pepper strip.
In the divided tier there is a vegetarian sausage octo-weenie with peppercorn eyes and evil red peppercorn mouth (I learned tofu sausages are hard to cut pretty as they are so spongy-like!) Also; Sliced cucumber, sliced carrot, fat free ranch dipping for veggies, two baby tomatoes, and cling peaches in light syrup for desert!
