Stories that didn't make the cut...

When I come up with the outline of the stories I want to talk about for my J-Entertainment News videos, there are always those stories that don't make the cut. Either because it would make the video too long or there is a chance that many won't find it as interesting as I do or the story just doesn't fit at all with the others.

Whatever the case, some stories just don't make it, so I decided that during the time I wait for my latest Youtube video to upload I will post on my lj account the stories that didn't make it for the weeks video and maybe a few comments to go with them:

GACKT Holding his First Male-Only Live! Staff included!!! (musicjapanplus.jp/news/)

Being the Johnny's centered fangirl that I am, I discovered GACKT through his appearances on Cartoon KAT-TUN and VS Arashi. All the same he seems like a very interesting artist who is very well known within what he does.
I had read a few weeks back about his declaration of a Concert exclusively for guys before, but I didn't know how to work it into a video. I'm not really sure how many of my viewers are GACKT fans.

But anyway, the jist of the story is that GACKT, through this special event is addressing the fact that it seems that there are more female fans out there than guys, either that or he just wanted to be surrounded by males in his own live sausage fest.

Teppei Koike Attended Ikemen Festival with all JUNON Boys Assembled (musicjapanplus.jp/news/)

Now I have no clue who the JUNON Boys are (I guess it's something like Johnny's?) but I do know who Teppei Koike is. And honestly which self-respecting fangirl can have no reaction to ANYTHING involved with an "Ikemen Festival", I mean seriously. I'm not sure why this story didn't make the cut... I guess I just didn't know how to work it in in a way that convinced me that it would look good.

So apparently this Ikemen Festival is a yearly event that the JUNON Boys are always a part of, it is their own Beauty Pageant so to speak were they can also meet some of their fans. All in all it seems like a great idea. If I had the chance I wouldn't miss it for the world. (^_^)

And lastly:

Former Mario Kart Pitch Girl Dangerously Thin ( community.livejournal.com/aramatheydidnt/676086.html)

Here she is still healthy looking

I've always thought that Aki Hoshino was very beautiful, she has a very doll like face. But it seems that she thinks that the answer to her loosing job opportunities is to become thinner than ever, and honestly, it's starting to get scary. This story also didn't make it into this weeks video because I wasn't sure how to work it in and it would have made the video too long so here you have it.

I guess I can understand that when people have an eating disorder they really can't see their body for what it really is, but other people can right? Why would anyone let her continue to model in this condition? It's not that I want to take another job from her but I wish somebody could really show here that her beauty is being sucked dry...

I might have been able to fit all of this into a video but somehow I really don't want to pass the 8min mark, I somehow feel that less people would watch if I do that. But maybe I'm wrong. Let me know what you think, should I keep my videos from 6 to a little than 8 min long or should I make them longer?

Your comments are greatly appreciated. (^_^)

まったね!
