Well I checked my email this afternoon and I'm completely shocked. I've been nominated at "He Had it Coming" Dramione awards. Don't think I'm worthy, but I would like to thank whoever nominated me. It is an honor. I don't know how you go about finding out who nominated you. Still new at fanfiction here. Took a five year hiatus from internet writing

Wow, you were going to nominate me for that one. Well I better get the last two chapters and epilogue posted before the middle of next week so you can do so. Ah, no pressure here or anything from me for you to nominate or anything.;)

You are a very talented author. Are there Hermione/Snape awards? I'm still not very versed in that Fandom. Your story is the first I've read with them and I'm liking it immensely. I saw also that you were posting Ours over at It's Always the Quiet Ones. Did the site owner ever get back with you on the cost to maintain the site? Were you thinking of taking it over or was there someone you had in mind?

I'm thrilled that your friend liks my story. You're making me all happy that you're actually recommending and discussing my story. Makes me forget all about the bad reviews you know?

IATQO is a large site and I wouldn't know the first thing about maintaining it, however I think if you took a shot at it you'd be great.

As for Ours and Roses not being good enough, please!!! You're an amazing author and you should enter it in some of those contests.

Hmm, the Drabble Meme. I saw that on your journal and I couldn't think of anything to request.lol I might try that. I think I could come up with something in the x-men, or star wars, D/Hr or something. I thought your drabbles were excellent and I would have liked to see more of the ferret one and of Snape throwing the picture into the flames. Hmm, do you think you would be tempted to do one-shots for them?

Well Creature Comforts has the premise of Draco getting beat up by his housemates and such and Hermione takes him in for the night, initially knowing it's him and not expecting things to unfold the way they did.

This ferret one of yours states clearly that he's hiding and Hermione has no idea it's him. Also there's the Ron complication. Hermione could conceivably keep an animal she thought needed a home and Ron could be instantly suspicious of a white ferret suddenly showing up out of nowhere. Also Draco taunting him and Ron being the only one who sees these inconsistencies would be nice. Hermione would think Ron was crazy for believing the sweet innocent little ferret was Malfoy in disguise. Lots of conflict and totally different from Creature Comforts.

Just a suggestion, or actually shameless begging for a continuation someday when you had the time.:)
