i like to start this entry out by saying that i wish to make a new mix cd for myself...i havent done this in ages...and i plan on making a cd of random songs from movies i enjoy...and maybe an old school tv theme or two...first on the list--the song i am currently listening to....i finally saw 'the big lebowski'...and it has its moments....its best moment is a crazy fake porn/bowling/musical hallucination featuring this song...jeff bridges dancing around dressed as a handyman was one of the funniest things i've seen...and it introduced me to a kickass song...thank you coen brothers...for the record--i did enjoy fargo more...but who knows--i'll prolly buy lebowski if its part of a sale at bestbuy or something...its entertaining...anyway, download the song--catchy as hell...
i woke up this mornin' with the sundown shinin' in

i tripped on a cloud and fell-a eight miles high
i tore my mind on a jagged sky

i pushed my soul in a deep dark hole and then i followed it in
i watched myself crawlin' out as i was a-crawlin' in
i got up so tight i couldn't unwind
i saw so much i broke my mind

so dads been down the shore since friday of last week--and returns sunday night...wow....its like a vacation for me as well...lol...i did get to go for 24 hours last saturday--however, it rained...so i went food shopping with mom and dad...and by the time we got back and i actually convinced my brother to go swimming with me in the rain (mind you--it wasnt difficult)....the pool was closed...dammit...but i talked to dad today--we get to go tuesday night till wednesday b/c of moms birthday--here's hoping the weather is good...i need to swim...its been a really really long time...
hmm...what else is new....oh--i hate my car--it now has this devastating noise that is so horrendous i cant drive it in speculation that it could potentially destroy it while in motion...and lucky me--i cant get it to the shop till tuesday...so dad and i have to share a car...mind you due to the fact that he's gone till sunday--i can do no driving at all until then...super...called out of work today--may have to do so sunday as well..thank god teaching is over...
note to self: make at least one more mask by moving day...
now if you'll excuse me...i'm going to make myself dinner and finish folding some laundry...maybe watch a tarantino flick...yes--i own them all...i feel a little more complete now...lol
by the way--grad school is going to be immediately after i graduate...its just a matter of where...decisions, decisions...things are falling into place....and its kinda weird....but dont get me wrong--its a good thing...its nice to feel secure....ya know? this next semester is going to be a lot easier for me than i had originally anticipated...and i really couldnt be more thankful...i'm not afraid anymore...and it feels so refreshing...*sigh*...
