Lady in the Water
I liked this movie.
I have liked every movie M. Night Shyamalanff has made and this did not disapoint. It was not filled with action. There was no big twists in this like his other movies. It was a story, a little like a bedtime story only darker and thus also sharing much with mythology.
It used ordinary characters in extraordinary situations and you grew a fondness for the characters.
The pace was slow but comfortably so. You could just relax and enjoy the story unfold.
Overall a good film and I think I rate it as his third best after 6th Sense and Signs. He has fast become the only producer/director/writer where I will go and see all his movies.
