Turn for the worse
I knew when I was told yesterday Beth was getting better not to get too hopeful. A part of me was thinking she could get worse again and today she has.
She has been very poorly today and when they went to change the catheter today they botched it up. Ended up 3 nurses and a doctor trying. She has such tiny veins and so they were having problems getting it in. Then she started bleeding and blood went everywhere including all over the floor eventually they thought they had got it in but then he hand started swelling so they had missed.
Poor little thing. Must have been so distressing for her. I feel so damn helpless.
Goddess I hope tommorow is a better day. Whatever happens I will go in to visit her in the early evening.
