Hawks and Handsaws
So in my lack of computer access this past week and a half, I turned somewhat desperately to actual television. 0.o Who knew it could be so addicting? Also, I finally managed to make our bunny ears pick up more than ABC. I can now watch ABC, CBS, NBC, the CW, and Channel 11 in varying degrees of fuzziness! Woot!
Anyway, at a ridiculous hour the other night, I watched my very first episode of "Without A Trace", and behold, whom do I find there? David Hewlett! He played a baby-snatcher/murderer. His character felt very undeveloped, but do you know what this means? Crossover fic!
Now someone HAS to write the crossover where Rodney gets stuck in New York for some reason and gets arrested on suspicion of being the wily kidnapper who has just escaped police custody in some ingenious fashion. He uses his one phone call to contact John, who has to call down the wrath of the military upon the FBI, because they don't believe that Rodney isn't really the escaped Frederick Watkins! Because really, who needs fingerprint identification? And it turns out they are long lost identical cousins! Or Freddie was born illicitly on the wrong side of the blankets!
