Not much of anyone's been into the office lately. Holidays. Nice being quiet around here for once.

I'm not much for baking, so you'll have to forgive that. Or decorating. Or . . . Christmas, really. Bad experience.

It's okay, I don't mind. My mother is, oddly enough, somewhat crazed about the holidays, so the lack of decorations is nice.

Anyway, how are things with you and Cordy?

They're things. She hasn't said anything about moving lately. Still a stake in her nightstand drawer, though.

Well, the lack of conversation about moving is always good. And, really, how do you know that stake is for you? What if you're out one night doing your thing and something breaks in? Sometimes a good stake through the heart is easier than anything else.

Honestly, though, I'm glad to hear things are okay.
