Red Tape
I hate bureaucratic red tape!!! All I want is credit for one class... but I have to sign half-a-dozen stupid little forms and then find out that they won't take the bump card!!!! So now I have to run in a bunch of circles and get a lot of other things signed for just ONE CREDIT!!! Why go to the trouble? you ask... well... I'm crazy. That's why.
