Hunger Games fic rec

Since I know there are a few Hunger Games readers here, I had to rec this fic:  Foxglove by archerastar . Don't read it if you haven't read the whole series yet--it contains spoilers for Mockingjay, and you need to have read the first two books also to truly appreciate this.

It's pre-series, focusing on Cinna, and it uses the canon so unbelievably well, you'll want to make this backstory your personal canon.
