The "let's get you cleaned up" comment supports that. Seems to imply she spent the night holding his head while he vomited. At least that's how I always interpret it. :)

I actually felt sorry for Kendall when she met her fate, because it seemed like she really did love Cormac. (She did do time for him, after all...)

I like this alternative. Not that I can ever see Kendall being altruistic, or Logan being that open with her, but I'd like to think she could be on occasion, given that she was already planning to reconnect with Cormac (shudder!), and that he just might let his guard down on the heels of Veronica's visit and whopper of a hangover.... Aaaaand that's a crazy-long and incoherent sentence. :)

Anyway, it's a fun read and a bit of a balm on the wounded soul. :)

Yeah, Kendall rarely considers anyone but herself, but I think her one weakness was Cormac. And I figured Logan might still be in a gut-spilling mood since the night previous. :)
