So, last night Mom and I are talking and I mentioned that I've had a bad September.
Mom gets very quiet for a bit and I know that I've upset her. Finally, she says, "Well, September has always been a bad month for our family....After all, it was a Friday the 13th in September when my dad committed suicide."
