I can, yes. But that doesn't mean it hurts any less. Or that everyone has ready access to a healer.

I don't particularly like pain. And I'd rather save my magic for those who need it.

Using magic is taxing on a person. There's a limit to how far you can push yourself, even in Thedas.

[And while Anders is a decently strong healer, especially with Justice riding in the backseat, there are things even he can't do.]

Surely a few broken bones doesn't use up much magic?

[Because where Shal's from, people use magic thread to fully reattach arms within a matter of minutes and completely rebuild people's mangled corpses, and are completely ready to fight at full strength right afterwards.]
