Sure I date women and try to find someone to make me happy, but I also know i keep my defenses up. Everytime i let someone in they have crushed me. Once again I let someone in, sooner than i normally would have and I have been crushed. She was the one who kept telling me how she loved our time together and how she wanted to wake up in my arms every morning. She made me happy encouraged me to get back into some of my more artistic energies. Then out of the blue, "You are a wonderful man, you deserve someone to make you as happy as you make them, that person is not me."
