(no subject)
So, I got a job. Pretty sure it's jsut holidays, but a job is a job, money is money, and in January, I may be heading off to another job anyway.
Anyway, I got a job at Toys 'R' Us.
Yay, discounts on toys and video games.
And money.
Also, I need to get my ass in gear and get moving quicker, but, I'm writing a piece of music for a play a friend of mine is writing, and I'm submitting a treatment of a film score to a director for consideration to be used in a student film. There are only a possible three other composers submitting treatments, so my chances are decent, and I'm sticking to a traditional film score style, orchestral work.
Yay.
Also, Ally and I found a car last week (Volvo) that we could have had for next to nothing, then, I also found another Saab 900 (little newer than mine, better shape, needs clutch) that would be PERFECT for me a second car..also dirt cheap. Saab sold, Volvo guy stopped responding to me. Oh well. Cars come and go, and the next one will be along anytime, i'm sure.
