craziness
so i made it through my almost 2 weeks in los alamos. it went by alright, having caitlin and my parents there helped!! the first night i was back, i went over to a friends house and played some poker. for not knowing really how to play i kicked some major ass!!!! hehehe, i was the only girl so that was some fun times. i went out afterwards to a new bar in town with two guys, had a fun time catching up. i used to really like this one guy andrew lubeck but got fed up by his laziness of girls. but we had a fun time catching up. defintally some things spoken that were interesting... and that is all i am saying!!! i didn't get to see navy boy, which i was mad about but oh well.
caitlin came on thursday, and we had a blast. i had a good time showing her around town and it was a fun new years eve. i do have to say scientists have a lot of guts!!! then my parents arrived on saturday, we all went out for a drink!! i am so sorry caitlin if you really think my family is weird, because well, we are!! hehe, but it was good times. the rest of the week was spent seeing family friends. i went to pecos on thursday. and yes I WILL BE LIVING WITH 4 BOYS FOR 6 MONTHS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! EIEIEIEIEI!!! that should be intersting. so all my co-workers are guys, and i get to live with them. and i will follow meghans rule for me.. i will be good, i promise!! friday we went skiing, 15 inches of new snow, HEAVEN!! then we went to dinner with my godparents whom i didn't really know. well they have a very cute son who is 2 years older than me and he was around so he came to dinner. we had a great time chatting. we then went to the bar and had another drink. funny thing was that he told his mom that i was cute, i told my mom he was cute but he is dating someone, for like 5 years!!! we both laughed that sometimes you can find a geat person but at the worst time ever! i have had that happen to me 3 times this break, either the guy is dating someone else or he lives in texas.. i think the world is telling me that there is still hope in guys.
