I loved nearly-unrecognizable Bradley Whitford, too! He's always so good.

His whole "me and the boys are going out for drinks"... aaaah. I really loved how it seems (here and in the Capt America movie) very obvious to me that Carter is attracted to Steve because he's one of the few guys who actually seems to see her as person, and understand what it's like to struggle for some things.
