(no subject)
We're watching "The Drug Years" on VH1. It only makes us want to do drugs even more. Furthermore, we are planning on going to Burning Man once we move out to California for grad school.
Also, I'm changing my major from theatre to Apparel Design. I realized that I couldn't name a single professional theatre show I'd seen or name a play I read that I actually liked. Yeah, I kind of just picked theatre because it was something I was familiar with, having done it all through high school. It wasn't, however, something I was passionate about. Plus, the undergrad program for Costume Design at FSU blows. I was only doing costume design anyway because I wanted to design clothes, so why would I want to do it in a profession where I would have specific guidelines? I want to be able to be completely in control of the design process. I have some amazing ideas.
Also, Jason found out that he had money left on two of his Starbucks giftcards so we walked to the nearest corporate conglomerate coffee shop and had chocolate milk and a desert.
I'm trying to find a job very desperately... but nothing so far. After being in the negative and being charged 168 dollars, I'm getting pretty desperate, I asked friends for money. I would never have done it in normal circumstances but I really needed it. Thus said, thank you Jill and Robin, though neither of you will get to read this.
Times are rough, but what are you gonna do?
