It sounds easy in theory, Pre-Raphaelite techniques. Paint over a wet white background.
Okay.
So like. Do you have an underpainting before you put the wet white? Underpaint on wet-white, then add another layer of wet white? When do the dark colours come in? Isn't the whole thing too wet to paint in? Or maybe I just don't like wet into wet very much. :C

Edit: I want to get Rarepons, but I feel so sad killing off my little normal Patapons. ;; They just-- wilt. And die. ;w; As their god, how can you kill them?
