My car went in yesterday because the little engine light was on, and I figured that while I was there, I'd have the oil change and next service done. Lucky me, it turns out there was an oxygen sensor that was shot, and with the extended warrenty they convinced us to buy when we got the car, it was covered, minus the deductible (it saved us $400). Which is good, because apparently my breaks are shot. only 2mm left, and they are able to replace the front ones and just do something with the current rotors, but the back rotors are rusted a little, and need to be completely replaced. So now, instead of spending 200 to have a sensor looked at, plus the oil change and service, NOW, I get to spend 1200 after the breaks get replaced, wiper blades get replaced, 100 deductible, and oil change. Blah!! Owning a car sucks!!
