So... Bonnie, Taryn, and I were going to go to Six Flags today. We bought the tickets, we got directions, and headed out at 8 am this morning. Well of course there is something wrong with the directions so we get there a half hour later than we could have (after taking directions from some guy in a mobile with a strong accent which we could not comprehend). Then when we get there it starts to rain. But it's not too bad at least we are there. So we get in line for the Raging Bull and they close that ride. We try to find other rides, but they are all being closed down, because of thunderstorms headed our way. So we think maybe we can wait it out. So we get crappy pizza that costs $6.00 and huddle on a table under an umbrella eating. Well the waiting isn't doing us any good because the wind starts blowing toward me and Bonnie and rain starts shooting at us. Only like twenty feet away there's an arcade. We get our things together and make a mad dash which mainly just succeeds in getting our pizza wet. So we decide to try and get a refund. Our trip back to the front of Six Flags was a show. We took a break almost everytime we saw somewhere dry to stand and everytime we did, Bonnie blots her face dry. Like that's going to help! Well finally soaking wet and ready to do something drastic if we don't get a refund we end up at the costumer service. Wait in line for like 15 minutes (in which we dried our faces with some of their brochures out of spite)ask for a refund, but only get a rain check. The good thing is it lasts until July 4 of next year. So that's cool. Then we got back to the car Bonnie makes a public scene which about brought me to tears laughing and we head out. It seems within 10 mins (no maybe even less) it starts to clear up. Rain gone. So we grumble about how someone up there has got it in for us as we get lost. And when we think we are on the right path we realize we are even more lost. So we go into another mobile to ask for help the person knows nothing. So we ask a random guy he helps, but we have to take the long trek home. Even though by now it's bright and sunny as if rain had never come whatsoever we don't get unhappy. Instead we stop at Huntley Outlet Mall dry off and take suggestive pictures with the fake cows. One involving me sucking an uter. Anyways we are back and now a bit wiser than we were this morning.
